Transformation Tools 

Tools and Practices to address trauma release (emotional + physical), mindset, subconscious beliefs, etc.

For this portion you will be reviewing my 12-week program modules, just from a practitioner point of view now with additional background information.

Modules 2, 3, 4 and 5 are 2-3 week modules, which means you will have more time to familiarize yourself with these tools and practices from the practitioner standpoint.

Listen to the ‘Training Only’ recordings at least twice and find situations from your own life to apply the practices to. No matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, in my experience there’s always more to discover and deeper to go. The invitation is to be open-minded and curious.

The invitation is also for you to practice introducing the various tools and practices to an imaginary client, by speaking out loud to yourself what you would say, how you would explain the exercise or tool, how you would demonstrate it, where applicable.  :o)

On the calls we will  cover all questions and be totally clear on your part in each of these modalities.

The more you live out of what is transmitted here, the more beneficial of a LoveLight Alignment Practitioner you will become.

For each module introduced you will have to hand in a written paper (~ 750-800 words) which reflects your understanding of the respective material.

I suggest that you listen to each topic at least twice, then start on your paper and during our call you will have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions, if there are any. After that you will have the time to go over your pre-written work and adjust as you see fit before handing it in.

   – Watch for the ‘gap’ in between thoughts

   – Inquiry tool derived from The Work® of Byron Katie

   – The Sedona Method

– Getting in touch with your emotions

– Embodiment practices – NLMM® method

You can ignore the part on homeopathy for now here. This will be covered much more extensively in a separate portion of the program.

   – Your Child work

   – The words you always wanted to hear

Really allow time to immerse yourself in this module and revisit for yourself as it may come to you.

Practice introducing this work to a client, as if you were instructing them on ‘how to do it’.

   – Finding your Innocence

   – Go through the ‘True Forgiveness’ eCourse 

   – Read the passages in ‘The Healing Power in Finding Your Innocence’ that go with the eCourse and Week 5

Really allow time to immerse yourself in this module and practice for yourself as situations may come up for you.
